At Vape Monkey Abu Dhabi, customer service is a primary focus. As a result, it’s critical that we explain our return policy and warranty. Within 7 days of the received by date, you may return damaged items. As your tracking information indicates. Our policy covers any things that are defective from the manufacturer, items that arrive dead on arrival, and items that do not match the description on the internet.
 
Our insurance does not cover items that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care! Please contact us at info@vmabudhabi.com. if you have any questions about the things you received. You can use this to get detailed information on your things as well as necessary care guidelines. We are delighted to assist you. 
 
Atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick, and wire are not returnable for sanitary reasons and the overall safety of our customers and personnel.
 
Due to the fact that return shipping is not pre-paid, you will be liable for the cost of return shipping. Furthermore, unless you received the incorrect item, return shipping is non-refundable (s).
 
A return label will be issued if you receive the incorrect item(s) or if an item is DOA. After contacting us, please return the product to our Returns address within 7 days of the shipping date.
 
We will inspect and evaluate your product whenever we receive it. If the item(s) purchased are found to be damaged, we will gladly send out a replacement at no charge, as long as the merchandise is available. If the item is not available, you will be refunded using the same method of payment that you used to make your online purchase. Else If it is discovered that your goods is fully functional during testing, we reserve the right to return it or provide a shop credit.

 
All goods that came with your item must be returned, including starting kits and items that come in sets. Please include the packaging that your item came in if it is still available.

How does Vape Monkey Abu Dhabi’s return policy and warranty work?

 
Pack your items safely in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please include your name, address, and order number in your message.
 
Please contact us at info@vmabudhabi.com and we will try our best to arrange for the pickup of your returned item.
 
Please allow 10 days for your account to be charged once the return was shipped. Also, the credit will reflect on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
